You might have already encountered a person who sleeps with you that makes trumpeting snores in overnight sleepovers, in out of town seminars, during camps or maybe just beside you in your bed in the house, leaving you awake all throughout the night.

The snoring exercise;
Place your molars together before lowering your jaw. Make sure you focus on your molars only. Do this for about 20 times in a row.
Notice that when you reached the 5th to 10th repetition of the exercise, you should sense that the muscles of your jaw will strengthen and there will be an opening on the back of your mouth.
In this exercise you are contracting the weak tissue which you sense opening up your airways. And the muscles that you are contracting at the back of your throat are muscles which are the core problem area of your snoring.
It is because of the obstructed airways that the air has experiencing problems in passing into the lungs. Hence, as the air passes the contracted tissue it starts flapping to and fro, the reason for the snoring sound.
Ergo, you need not undergo a surgery neither dental implants nor drugs. Aside that it is expensive; it is also risky for the snorer. All you need now is a regular exercise that would cost you only a few minutes.
